Better known as 'Lady's Fingers', the long ornamental seed pods may be par-boiled and fried, or added to stews, soups or curries. Relatively mild, these spring vegetable seeds add a very distinctive flavour to all these dishes. This variety is vigorous and produces heavy crops.
